Introduction: Substance Abuse Subjects after drinking and entering Rehabilitation Therapies, reuse drugs in a short period of time. Objective: Determination of factors associated with drug abuse recurrence in Drug AbuseTreatment Centers Patients. Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study with control group selection. The population under study consisted of those referred to the Drug Abuse Treatment Centers in Shafa Hospital of Rasht in 2016-2017. 82 subjects (41 cases and 41 controls) were selected by available sampling method and completed researcher-made questionnaires containing demographic data and factors related to the recurrence of drug abuse from one's point of view, as well as GHQ 28. Data were analyzed using SPSS-22 software. Results: There was a significant relationship between consumption recurrence with job type (p = 0. 031), low income (p = 0. 036), opium type (p = 0. 020), cannabis (p <0. 0001) and glass (P = 0. 008). The odds of relapse were significantly lower amongst consumers in the food way (p = 0. 026). There was a significant relationship between total score of mental health and relapse of substance abuse and a unit of mental health score reduction increased the odds of recurrence of drug abuse by 1. 15 times. Among the components of mental health, social dimension has a significant relationship with the recurrence of substance use Conclusion: The results showed that multiple economic, individual, familial, social and psychological factor sare predictive of the recurrence of drug abuse.

Today, globalization and ICTs, in particular the internet, have facilitated drug-related crimes. Although, internet-related deviants use cyberspace and the internet for some profit-making activities like child abuse and economic crimes, but there are some evidences for increasing use of ICTs and the internet for trafficking and distributing drugs. UN reports show that there are many websites in the internet used for the transaction of drugs-from heroin to extacy pills. The drug sellers use private chat rooms for the transaction of illegal drugs.

For a long time now drug and addiction has become social problem and the fight against it has been on the agenda of government and international societies. Tackling this chronic and complex issue requires precise knowledge of various dimensions of the problem. In this arduous fight against addiction and drugs, only Those programs succeed that are palnned and implemented on the basis of realistic evaluation of the spread and nature of the problem. To make the above conditions possible, one must recognize that the study of the problem of addiction is an inseparable prat of efficient approach to the fight against addiction. If anti-addiction campaigns and programs are not based on research findings and are not evaluated and modified through systematic research, one can hardly be hopeful of the outcomes.

The use of narcotics is a worldwide health problem. Systemic lethal viral infections (AIDS and Hepatitis) and bacterial infections of soft and hard tissues are serious complications in the users. It plays an important role in mortality and morbidity. Incidence of hard tissue infection among IV narcotic users is rare. This review while introducing narcotic users with osteomyelitis, summarizes recent information on hard tissues associated with heroin drug user.

Addiction is considered as a political, economic, social and cultural fact and individual or environmental factors effect on its control or distribution. Drug abuse is known as an avoidable behavior and the dependency as an unremitting, chronic disease that can be cured. So different societies, during their living circles , have tried to find some solutions with the purpose of decreasing this behavior (drug abusament) , putting a delay to it (precaution step), declining the distribution of disease (dependency) and finding suitable solutions (secondary prevention) and its side effects (tertiary prevention) and they have taken the steps to adjust the vulnerability of persons, families and communities to help them tolerate this burden and get a much more fruitful future aspect.This study tries to show one of the most important approaches to drug abuse prevention known as community- based prevention. It focuses on a social environment in which people living conditions are adjusted positively.Under such conditions, human beings realize that it will be vital to have a good thinking of life in order to achieve the feeling of satisfaction, innovation, development and growth in their daily lives.

The national research project of Iranians’ attitude towards drug abuse, as the first comprehensive research in last 30 years, has been conducted in 24 provinces in 2004-2005. The method of the research is survey in which data gathered through a standard questionnaire. The stakeholders were 14000 ordinary people selected by random sampling in 24 provinces. Some major findings show: religious culture and family coherence are two main factors in negative attitude towards drug abuse. Youngsters are more tolerable regarding drug abuse. 1/3 of responders have seen at least one type of illicit drug and this shows that illicit drugs are widespread in Iran. According to the findings of the survey in different cities, it is not possible to make an integrated policy for the whole of the country.
